Psychological safety workshops - Mel Cheeseman - Saturday 11th January Psychological safety is a shared belief held by members of a team that it’s okay to take risks, express their ideas and concerns, speak up with questions, and admit mistakes – all without fear of negative consequences. This engaging workshop will shape your understanding of psychological safety and provide you with a practical understanding of its implementation.
