Radical Replenishment

Calling all creatives! We are dreamers, builders, makers, and visionaries. But, these days, many of us feel stuck in burnout or artistically blocked. If that’s you, join us in our half-day retreat! Come to rest, recharge, and refill your creative well. Offerings will include moving plant meditation, yoga, sound healing & more…

BYO Lunch! Light refreshments will be provided.

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll need a yoga mat (we have one or two extra), a favorite blanket and/or an eye pillow for the sound bath.

Street parking available. Accessibility notes: There are 6 steps to the front door, small bathroom on first floor. We have a large air filter and masks and COVID test available upon request.

Cost is sliding scale from $25-$50. We encourage you to consult The Green Bottle Graphic to determine where you might fall on this needs-based scale.
