London Community Energy Summit

Fri 16 Oct 2026 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM BST The Conduit, WC2H 9JA

On behalf of the Mayor of London’s Community Energy Task Force (CETF), I am delighted to invite you to the London Community Energy Summit, taking place on the morning of Friday 16th October 2026 at The Conduit, Covent Garden.

Following the Government's announcement last week "launching £30 million funding to kick start a community power revolution" our focus will be on how we can accelerate action on community energy across London. Our aim is to bring together public sector organisations, businesses, investors and London boroughs with community energy groups to explore routes for collaboration as the Government's £1bn Local Power Plan is rolled out. The event will also mark the launch of the Community Energy Task Force’s report, which sets out a series of recommendations to help develop new opportunities to achieve 1,000 community energy projects across London by 2030.
