11.45am Accelerating community energy in your LA area with Karen Nangkwanga from the GSENZ Hub, Vicky Reed from Uttlesford District Council, and Ben Sharpe from Ethex

12.30pmCommunity energy in Essex with intros from Tendring Comunity Energy, Common Green and Peacock Community Energy covering progress and plans for the future.

2.30pm – Breakout rooms with two Workshops

Workshop 1: Unlocking big rooftop solar in Essex – farms, Council buildings, commercial buildings, warehouses - how do CE groups start the conversation with landlords and tenants and what are the key benefits to talk about to engage them?

Workshop 2: Local Authority and Community Energy Collaboration to deliver Schools Solar - what's the process that needs to be followed and how can School Leaders and Council Officers facilitate community energy groups to deliver community-owned solar on schools? What are the perceived risks and how can they be mitigated?

3pm – Closing summary by CEP
