Description
Do you know how to evidence the change you’re making?
Impact measurement could be the answer.
By measuring the impact of your organisation, you can start to truly evidence the change you’re making, understand how effective you’re being and where to channel resources.
You can make better decisions and you can share better stories about the difference that your work makes.
This will help you win more funding, more supporters, and more hearts!
All of which helps you be even more impactful.
The Insights 2 Impact Programme is starting in September 2024. This is an exciting and engaging online programme which will answer all the questions you’ve been asking about social impact measurement.
Two experienced facilitators with a combined experience of over 50 years in the VCSE sector will provide you with group and 1-2-1 support, providing you with the business case for embedding impact measurement, the theory behind the practice, and sharing some very practical tools to get started.
About the Programme
By attending this programme you will develop:
- Your understanding of impact measurement and the business case for it
- A robust theory of change
- An impact measurement framework that works for you
- An understanding of how to calculate the value you create
- An effective strategy for communicating your impact with your stakeholders.
- Your ability to produce stronger funding applications, tenders and investment proposals.
The programme includes five group workshops exploring theory and practice, providing opportunities to work collectively and independently. Plus, one 1-2-1 session with one or both of our facilitators, where you explore some of the issues that we’ll cover in the programme, or something impact related that you need the answers to.
The concept of the Insights 2 Impact approach is to ensure that participants leave a programme with theoretical knowledge and a practical understanding of the subject matter, ensuring that participants can take the learning back to embed within their organisation.
