An Evening with Essence: Embracing New Beginnings and Wholeness

Join us for an enchanting evening immersed in the transformative power of essence. Hosted by Tania Griffin MacKenzie, founder of 'The Sacred Earthed' and 'Sacred Earth Essence,' this event is a powerful journey into self-discovery and connection using the gentle yet potent medicine of plants. 

1st of May: Cherry Blossom Workshop: New Beginnings 

1. Explore the essence of Cherry Blossom.
2. Engage in a journey of self-discovery and celebration as we embrace fresh starts and flourishing.

1st of August: Amanita workshop: Embracing Wholeness

1. Connect with the essence of Amanita to foster community, inner healing, and soul integration.
2. Reconnect with fun, adventure, and the joy of being whole as we explore the depths of our inner and outer selves.

Workshop Structure:

• Check-in and introduction to the essence's theme
• Storytelling session unveiling the essence's wisdom
• Guided journey with the essence
• Sharing insights and reflections
• Reflective questions for deeper contemplation
• Engaging exercises such as Medicine Walk and Nature Connection activities
• Closing circle for collective reflection and integration

What You'll Receive:

• 10ml of the Sacred Earth Essence
• Journaling questions for continued exploration

About Tania MacKenzie

Tania Griffin MacKenzie is the founder of 'The Sacred Earthed' and 'Sacred Earth Essence. Also known as a HearthHolder, Tania brings to share with you over two decades of experience in connecting with the Earth and its elemental beings. Through her grounded facilitation, she invites participants to tap into the sacred essence of existence, fostering profound personal growth and alchemy.

Donations: Suggested donation between £5 and £25 according to financial means. We would like Planetary Healing work to be inclusive and accessible to all, therefore, if you cannot afford a donation and need a FREE space, please feel free to book.

Parking: Please park at Cockburnhill Road, EH14 7JB and from there is a 2 min walk. No parking in front of the woodland please.

WHERE : Meet at The Yurt at the Planetary Healing Community Woodland, Cockburnhill Road, Balerno, EH14 7JB. Bus 44 / 44A. At the village, stop at the third bus stop after the roundabout. From there, enter Cockburnhill Road and walk for approximately 15 minutes and at the V junction turn right and walk for 2 minutes until you see the Planetary Healing sign on your left. Once you've reached the sign, enter the woodland and follow the stream, crossing the bridges as you go.

PARKING: No parking in front of the woodland. Please park near Pirnie Ha' House. If you are driving, disregard the SAT Nav instructions at the very end as it will direct you to another farm. From Pirnie Ha', proceed straight ahead until you reach the V junction, turn right and continue walking for approximately 2 minutes. See instructions above. 

WEATHER: For rainy days we have the Yurt where we have a wood burner stove. We will enjoy being outdoors too and we also have pop up gazebos when needed.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, tickets are non-refundable.

DONATIONS: When you make a donation, you are supporting the continuation of our charitable work in the future. If you cannot make a donation because of your financial circunstance, you can access this work for FREE. We aim for this work to be accessible for everyone and we thank our funders for their support. 

WHAT TO BRING: Please come in warm clothes ready for all weather. Layers are recommended and outdoors footwear. We will provide tea and cups. If your group is 3 hours or longer, please bring a packed lunch

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions and funders, if you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
