ABOUT THIS EVENT

Mother Circles and Movement Medicine come together.

Come and join this Summer special from Mother Circles! This is an open invitation to anyone in the community who wants to contribute to create "the village" that all mothers and children miss nowadays. This is a mother and child centred event, however, it is also open to everyone, women and men, whether you are a parent or not, mothers, fathers and the children too. We will all dance together, share the space, and allow the movement to unfold at everyone's pace.

Roberta Giovedi and Catherine Wright are co-creating a space of music, movement, sharing and community, with the intent to normalise more and more the inclusion of parents and children at community events. Because when the village comes together everyone thrives, mothers feel held, children feel safer in the wider family and everyone else contributes to raise the energy of love and acceptance of each other, no matter the path we might be in life.

Come along, to dance, to move, bring your children, partner, family members, friends, babies, breastfeed, relax, share your energy in this nurturing space. Limited spaces, bookings are essential, please donate, all the donations will help two amazing charities, the Planetary Healing Centre and the Salisbury Centre to keep supporting the community and empower people. 

Donations:  Suggested donation between £5 and £25 according to financial means. We would like Planetary Healing Centre's work to be inclusive and accessible to all, therefore, if you cannot afford a donation and need a FREE space, please feel free to book.

Note: Please book ticket for each adult and each child attending. Booking for 2 parent is also fine.

NOTE: If you book and do not show up without providing a reason, it might impact your ability to book with us in the future.

Parental Responsibility Statement

Parents are duly responsible for their children at all times during the sessions. Ensuring the safety and well-being of their children is paramount. We encourage active participation and supervision to create a supportive and enriching environment for everyone involved.

WHERE: Meet at the Art Room at the Salisbury Centre, 2 Salisbury Road, EH16 5AB.

WEATHER: We will be cosy in the Art room and will have access to the garden.

EMAIL REMINDER: You will get an email reminder of your event 3 days before it. Please make sure you add holistic@planetary-healing.org to your email address book or safe senders list. Also keep a regular eye on your inbox and spam folders as sometimes our emails end up there. This way you won't miss out on any important updates regarding your booking.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

SAFETY: Please be aware that parents are responsible for their own children. If you need extra support please make the facilitator aware of that.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

WHAT TO BRING: We will provide tea and cups. If your group is 3 hours or longer, please bring a packed lunch

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports, funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.

CAR SHARE: We recommend car share and lifts between friends and participants as much as possible.

PARKING: There are hourly paid parking spaces near the Salisbury Centre.
