This event is open to all: Individuals, parents, grandparents, children and friends. Parents are responsible and supervise their children at all times.

NOTE: Don't let rainy days stop you from joining us - we'll still gather under gazebos around the fire, held by the trees.

ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Come and join us for our Spring Equinox Celebration, Annual General Meeting (AGM), and Open Day, celebrating connection and the oppening of our year activities. FREE taster sessions of the various activities offered at the Planetary Healing Centre.

Participate in an array of activities guided by our skilled facilitators and enjoy in the enchanting natural surroundings of the woodland.

Additionally, we value your input on how we can enhance and further ensure that our activities are what the community really needs.

Explore opportunities to share your ideas and interests in our services, engage and contribute through volunteering. Your input is highly valued, and we are dedicated to customising our future projects to align with our community's needs.

Join us for an afternoon filled with fun, learning, and exploration.

There will be plenty of engaging activities for everyone to enjoy. All are welcome. Lets welcome Spring and the sun together. Warm clothers and outdoors shoes are recommended.

WHERE : Meet at The HUT at the Planetary Healing Community Woodland, Cockburnhill Road, Balerno, EH14 7JB. Bus 44 / 44A. At the village, stop at the third bus stop after the roundabout. From there, enter Cockburnhill Road and walk for approximately 15 minutes and at the V junction turn right and walk for 2 minutes until you see the Planetary Healing sign on your left. Once you've reached the sign, enter the woodland and follow the stream, crossing the bridges as you go.

PARKING: No parking in front of the woodland. Please park near Pirnie Ha' House. If you are driving, disregard the SAT Nav instructions at the very end as it will direct you to another farm. From Pirnie Ha', proceed straight ahead until you reach the V junction, turn right and continue walking for approximately 2 minutes. See instructions above.

WEATHER: This is an outdoor event, please bring warm and waterproof layers to wear and outdoors shoes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

WHAT TO BRING: We will provide hot soup, tea and cups. Please bring a blanket. 

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports, funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
