Dreamrealies session: Dream+reality

Come, share and discover the dreamsong of your soul. Dream language is a magical song that speaks in metaphores, allegories, symbols, myths and creative associations.

It's the secret language of the hidden world, the subconscious and the unconscious realm tapping directly into hidden, unexpressed/unexplored aspects of ourselves. Dreams are mirrors of the soul, showing aspects of ourselves that are not visible seeking integration.

Dreamrealies session:

Whenever possible, in the Balerno woodlands in the presence of all the elements fire, earth, river and air.

• Opening the hidden realm of the dreamality with the Spirit of fire and dream guardians
• Sharing dreams in the group, practice listening with openness, curiosity and full presence
• Feedback through questions to the dreamweaver - We then weave the dream essence, energy or elements into this reality through creative tools, drawing, moving, sounding etc... or act on it to give voice to the dream language.

- Closing the circle with the transformative power of fire.

Who is it for?

Dreamweaving is a powerful, insightful and magical way of living and perceiving this reality, it can reveal, unlock and show unconscious motives, desires and repressed emotions the conscious mind is not aware of.

As such, it can be a transformational tool to unleash creative energy, heal aspects of past traumas, guide us to more soulful choices and decisions, nurture/develop our pre-cognitive ability, reveal potential illnesses etc... This play/work can invite us to walk unknown paths therefore it can be a very vulnerable space, so you need to be aware of your own boundaries and have an understanding of self-care. All support will be given by the facilitator in the holding. 

About Elisabeth Landgraf

Elisabeth is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection of cultural heritage, creativity, and human potential. Influenced by East Asian and European traditions, her practice draws on ancestral memory, nature, and the unconscious as sources of inspiration.

Her artistic process incorporates painting, dance, sound, and dreamwork, using these mediums to explore themes of identity, transformation, and inner experience. Elisabeth views creative expression as a bridge between the visible and invisible aspects of life, offering insight into both personal and collective memory.

Her work is characterised by a deep sense of curiosity, intuitive exploration, and a commitment to honouring the richness and complexity of human existence.

WHERE : Meet at the Community Woodland, Cockburnhill Road, Balerno, EH14 7JB. Bus 44 / 44A. At the village, stop at the third bus stop after the roundabout. From there, enter Cockburnhill Road and walk for approximately 15 minutes and at the V junction turn right and walk for 2 minutes until you see the Planetary Healing sign on your left. Once you've reached the sign, enter the woodland and follow the stream, crossing the bridges as you go.

PARKING:  Please park before the 'T' junction on Cockburnhill Road, then walk approx 2 minutes after the 'T' junction following the signs to the woodland entrance.

WEATHER:  Please bring warm and waterproof layers to wear. This is an outdoors event and in raining days we will either be under gazebos around the open fire or we will be comfy in the HUT where we have a wood burner stove.

EMAIL REMINDER: You will get an email reminder of your event 3 days before it. Please make sure you add holistic@planetary-healing.org to your email address book or safe senders list. Also keep a regular eye on your inbox and spam folders as sometimes our emails end up there. This way you won't miss out on any important updates regarding your booking.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports,  funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
