Powrót do siebie — i do naszych korzeni. Wspólnota, która odnawia.

Jesteśmy kobietami, które wybrały nową drogę — odważnie, z otwartym sercem, niosąc w sobie bogactwo naszych korzeni. Nasza polskość jest źródłem siły, mądrości i głębokiej tożsamości — gdziekolwiek jesteśmy.

Ta grupa została stworzona z myślą o Polkach, które pragną spotykać się we wspierającej wspólnocie kobiet — by dzielić się doświadczeniami, czerpać siłę z obecności innych i odnaleźć wewnętrzną odnowę.

Siedząc w kręgu, będąc świadkami dla siebie nawzajem — przez medytację, podróże przy rytmie bębna, pracę z ruchem i oddechem — razem uzdrawiamy, razem stajemy się najlepszymi wersjami siebie.

WOMEN'S CIRCLE : A GATHERING FOR POLISH WOMEN

A moment to pause.
A return to yourself — and to your roots. A community that renews.

We are women who chose a new path — with courage and open hearts, carrying within us the richness of our roots. Our Polishness is a source of strength, wisdom, and deep identity — wherever we are.

This group is created with Polish women in mind, who wish to gather in a supportive community of women — to share experiences, draw strength from each other's presence, and find inner renewal.

Sitting in the circle, witnessing each other — through meditation, drum journeys, breathwork, and sacred movement — together we heal, together we become the truest versions of ourselves.

THIS GATHERING IS FOR YOU IF:

• — you feel a calling to sit in circle with women

• — you want to draw strength from presence and community

• — you are ready to share your story and receive support

• — you are seeking a safe, gentle, nurturing space

ABOUT MONIKA 

Monika — a psychologist, mother, practitioner of energy work and meditation, and above all a mindful student of life. Her own path of transformation has taught her how to return to balance and inner strength. With warmth and sensitivity, she supports women in regulating the nervous system and discovering their power in an ever‑changing life.

IMPORTANT INFO

Note: Each date needs to be booked separately. Each session is a stand alone session, however you would benefit from attending all 5 sessions. Be generous with your donation so this work can continue to support other women too. Check also "Women around the Sacred Fire" happening in Balerno.

WHAT THE CENTRE OFFERS: Flat-back comfortable seats, blanket, yoga mat, coffee and tea. Feel free to bring your own blanket if you prefer.

PARKING: Free street parking near the Aromah Wellness Centre.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports,  funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
