SACRED BREATH SACRED SOUND
Join Emma Stout & Anne-Marie Birch in the woodland for a deeply nourishing Breathwork & Sound Healing journey - a space to soften, release, and come home to yourself.
We begin by gently opening the voice - awakening expression. Through simple sound and medicine songs, you’ll be invited to open, uplift, and reconnect with your voice and heart.
From here, you’ll be guided into conscious breathwork - allowing layers of tension to melt away, stuck emotions to shift, and space to open within. As the breath deepens, so can your sense of clarity, peace, and aliveness.
You’ll be carried by live sound - voice, guitar, bowls, drum and more - into a place of deep rest, where the body can restore and the mind can soften.
NOTE: "Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. We ask that anyone with a history of bipolar disorder, psychosis, or other significant mental health conditions consults their GP or mental health practitioner before booking, and contacts us in advance (075 0443 8763) so we can discuss whether this session is the right fit."
WHAT IS BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself.
By consciously working with the breath, you can gently release what’s been held in the body, regulate your nervous system, and positively shift your inner state.
The breath meets you where you are, and guides you back to balance.
WHAT IS SOUND HEALING
Everything is frequency and vibration, and sound healing is a direct pathway back to harmony.
Sound healing uses soothing frequencies from a variety of instruments to gently guide the body and mind back into balance, helping the nervous system unwind and inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of wholeness.
Scientifically, sound works by influencing brainwave activity and the autonomic nervous system, supporting a shift into parasympathetic states associated with rest, repair, and reduced stress response.
As you rest within these frequencies, and also the sounds of nature in the woodland, your body's systems soften and reset, creating space for clarity, ease, and renewal.
This is a space to let go of what you’ve been carrying on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level…to reconnect with your heart…and to remember the peace and joy that lives within you.

MEET EMMA
Emma's path into the Holistic World began early and has been shaped by a lifelong journey of healing and self-empowerment. Over the past 25 years, she has trained in and practiced a range of body-based, holistic and shamanic approaches.
Her own experiences with anxiety and survival patterns led her to discover the power of safety, compassion, and embodiment in creating lasting change. Learning to listen to her body and trust her inner guidance transformed how she lives and how she supports others.
Today, Emma offers work that is grounded, intuitive, and collaborative — honouring each person's unique pace, process, and innate capacity to heal.
