Wydarzenie dla Polskich Rodzin: Spotkanie Serc przy Ognisku 

Coś tu na Ciebie czeka — ciepłe, serdeczne spotkanie, które jest przestrzenią dla inspiracji, głębszego połączenia z innymi i osobistego rozwoju.

Przynieś ulubiony cytat, fragment książki lub słowa, które Cię poruszyły i podziel się nimi z grupą — lub po prostu przyjdź, słuchaj i pozwól się nieść. To miejsce wzajemnego wsparcia, obecności i dobrej energii.

Zaczniemy od delikatnego ruchu ciała, aby wejść głębiej w siebie i przygotować się do praktyki relaksacyjnej, otuleni dźwiękami tybetańskiej misy śpiewającej i bębna. Razem stworzymy przestrzeń do uwolnienia tego, co nam nie służy, powrotu do wewnętrznej mądrości i wkroczenia naprzód z jasnością, równowagą i radością — na nowo odkrywając w sobie kreatywność i inspirację.

To jest okazja do nawiązania nowych przyjaźni i połączenia się z innymi Polakami oraz społecznością.

Polish Family Event: Gathering of Hearts around the Fire

Something is waiting for you here — a warm, heartfelt gathering that is a space for inspiration, deeper connection with others, and personal growth.

Bring a favourite quote, book passage, or words that have moved you and share them with the group — or simply come, listen, and receive. This is a place of mutual support, presence, and good energy.

We will begin with gentle body movement to go deeper into ourselves and prepare for relaxation practice, and then flow into the sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl and a drum. Together we will create a space to release what no longer serves us, return to our inner wisdom, and step forward with clarity, balance, and joy — rediscovering the creativity and inspiration that lives within us. 

This is an opportunity to make new friends and be connected to other polish people and community.  Everyone is welcome. 

NOTE: This is an inclusive event, open to everyone regardless of gender. Polish language will be spoken.

We encourage active participation and supervision of your own child to create a supportive and enriching environment for everyone involved. MEET DOROTA YANA KARLOWICZ 

With over 20 years of practice in Scotland, Dorota Yana is a passionate holistic therapist whose work is rooted in the healing power of hands-on therapy and a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing.

Yana walks softly through the world, guided by a deep sensitivity and an endless curiosity about the meaning of life. Her own inner journey led her to discover the wisdom and gifts that dwell within us all — and it is this knowing that she now brings to the sacred spaces she holds. She holds space with an open, compassionate heart, naturally lifting the spirits of those around her and sensing what often goes unseen.

WEATHER: We will seat around the fire and when it is raining we will be cosy inside the Hut where we have a wood-burner stove and cushions.

GETTING THERE:  Cockburnhill Road, Balerno, EH14 7JB

BY BUS: Take the 44 or 44A to Balerno village. Get off at the third stop after the roundabout, then turn onto Cockburnhill Road. Walk for about 12 minutes, turn right at the junction, and after one more minute you'll find us — look for a stream, a strip of woodland, and the Planetary Healing Centre sign at the gate.

BY CAR: Simply enter the postcode EH14 7JB into Google Maps and it will bring you straight there.

PARKING: Please do not park in front of the woodland. Instead, park on Cockburnhill Road near Pirnie Ha' House.

From there, walk straight ahead until you reach the V-junction, turn right, and continue for about 2 minutes. The woodland will be on your left.

EMAIL REMINDER: You will get an email reminder of your event 3 days before it. Please make sure you add holistic@planetary-healing.org to your email address book or safe senders list. Also keep a regular eye on your inbox and spam folders as sometimes our emails end up there. This way you won't miss out on any important updates regarding your booking.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports,  funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
