Wydarzenie dla Polskich Rodzin z Dziećmi: Spotkanie Serc przy Ognisku

Coś tu na Was czeka — ciepłe, serdeczne spotkanie, które jest przestrzenią do integracji dla całych rodzin, inspiracji i odpoczynku. Zapraszamy dorosłych razem z dziećmi (w każdym wieku!), aby wspólnie i na luzie spędzić ten wyjątkowy czas.

Dla dorosłych to chwila na zatrzymanie i głębsze połączenie. Przynieś ulubiony cytat, fragment książki lub słowa, które Cię poruszyły i podziel się nimi z grupą otuloną ciepłem ogniska — lub po prostu przyjdź, słuchaj i pozwól się nieść. To miejsce wzajemnego wsparcia i dobrej energii, a dla dzieci — wspaniała okazja do zabawy na świeżym powietrzu i poznania nowych kolegów i koleżanek.

Zaczniemy od zrzucenia napięć poprzez wspólny, delikatny ruch (do którego zapraszamy również najmłodszych!). Następnie przejdziemy do praktyki relaksacyjnej przy wyciszających dźwiękach tybetańskiej misy i bębna. Wspólnie, w przyjaznej i wyrozumiałej grupie, stworzymy przestrzeń do powrotu do wewnętrznej równowagi i radości.

To idealna okazja do nawiązania nowych przyjaźni, wymiany rodzicielskich doświadczeń i zacieśnienia więzi z innymi Polakami z naszej społeczności. 

UWAGA: To otwarte i przyjazne spotkanie dla wszystkich rodzin z dziećmi. Zabierzcie ze sobą dobry nastrój, otwartość i chęć do bycia razem.

Zachęcamy do aktywnego uczestnictwa we wspólnych aktywnościach razem z Waszymi pociechami. Przypominamy, że tworzymy wspierające środowisko, jednak to rodzice są w pełni odpowiedzialni za swoje dzieci i ich bezpieczeństwo przez cały czas trwania wydarzenia.

POZNAJ DOROTĘ  YANĘ KARLOWICZ

Mając ponad 20 lat praktyki w Szkocji, Yana jest pełną pasji terapeutką holistyczną, której praca zakorzeniona jest w uzdrawiającej mocy terapii manualnej i głębokim zaangażowaniu w holistyczne podejście do dobrostanu. Yana kroczy przez świat z delikatnością, prowadzona przez głęboką wrażliwość i nieustające poszukiwanie sensu życia. Jej własna wewnętrzna podróż doprowadziła ją do odkrycia mądrości i darów, które drzemią w każdym z nas — i to właśnie tę wiedzę wnosi teraz do świętych przestrzeni, które tworzy. Trzyma przestrzeń z otwartym, współczującym sercem, w naturalny sposób podnosząc na duchu tych wokół niej i dostrzegając to, co często pozostaje niewidoczne.

Event for Polish Families with Children: Gathering of Hearts by the Bonfire

There is something special waiting for you here — a warm, heartfelt gathering created as a space for whole families to connect, find inspiration, and simply rest. We invite adults and children (of all ages!) to spend this unique time together in a relaxed atmosphere.

For adults, it’s a moment to pause and connect on a deeper level. Bring a favourite quote, an excerpt from a book, or words that moved you, and share them with the group while sharing the warmth of the bonfire — or simply come, listen, and let yourself be carried away. It is a place of mutual support and good energy, and for the children — a wonderful opportunity for outdoor play and making new friends.

We will start by releasing tension through gentle, collective movement (which the youngest are also welcome to join!). Then, we will move into a relaxation practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl and a drum. Together, in a friendly and understanding group, we will create a space to return to our inner balance and joy.

This is a perfect opportunity to make new friends, exchange parenting experiences, and strengthen ties with other Poles in our community. 

NOTE: This is an open and welcoming event for all families with the children. Just bring a good mood, an open mind, and a desire to spend time together.

MEET DOROTA YANA KARLOWICZ 

With over 20 years of practice in Scotland, Dorota Yana is a passionate holistic therapist whose work is rooted in the healing power of hands-on therapy and a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing.

Yana walks softly through the world, guided by a deep sensitivity and an endless curiosity about the meaning of life. Her own inner journey led her to discover the wisdom and gifts that dwell within us all — and it is this knowing that she now brings to the sacred spaces she holds. She holds space with an open, compassionate heart, naturally lifting the spirits of those around her and sensing what often goes unseen.

WEATHER: We will seat around the fire and when it is raining we will be cosy inside the Hut where we have a wood-burner stove and cushions.

GETTING THERE:  Cockburnhill Road, Balerno, EH14 7JB

BY BUS: Take the 44 or 44A to Balerno village. Get off at the third stop after the roundabout, then turn onto Cockburnhill Road. Walk for about 12 minutes, turn right at the junction, and after one more minute you'll find us — look for a stream, a strip of woodland, and the Planetary Healing Centre sign at the gate.

BY CAR: Simply enter the postcode EH14 7JB into Google Maps and it will bring you straight there.

PARKING: Please do not park in front of the woodland. Instead, park on Cockburnhill Road near Pirnie Ha' House.

From there, walk straight ahead until you reach the V-junction, turn right, and continue for about 2 minutes. The woodland will be on your left.

EMAIL REMINDER: You will get an email reminder of your event 3 days before it. Please make sure you add holistic@planetary-healing.org to your email address book or safe senders list. Also keep a regular eye on your inbox and spam folders as sometimes our emails end up there. This way you won't miss out on any important updates regarding your booking.

NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.

PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports,  funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
