Join us to learn more about our funding application process

This is an in-person event hosted at the Community Foundation office in Gosforth.

Time to Talk sessions are open to anyone connected with a charitable organisation or support agency. We welcome volunteers, staff members, consultants, fundraisers and trustees. The event will begin with a presentation about accessing support from Community Foundation, a walk through how to register and complete an application, followed by the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and good practice.

The session will be facilitated by Elaine Holdsworth, Senior Philanthropy Advisor, Colette Harrison, Sector Support Manager and Leanne Wilson, Grant Support Officer.

“Time to Talk was practical, welcoming and genuinely useful. It was relaxed and friendly, and it was good to properly chat with other people doing similar work. I left with new connections, ideas and more confidence knowing what to do with our funding applications. Community Foundation North East is a friendly and lovely team and they really seem to understand what small community organisations need." - attendee

If you want to learn more about the Community Foundation or have any questions about how you put yourselves in the best position to be successful with your funding applications, please join us at our office in Gosforth.

Refreshments and pastries will be provided.

Please note there is no on-site parking, nearest parking is Salters Road car park (2 hours), Sainsbury's multi storey on the High Street or Regent Centre which is a five minute walk.
