Housing Instability System Enhancement Workshop
The Housing Instability System Enhancement Workshop is a two-day opportunity to bring together community members, service providers, housing professionals, local and regional government, funders, and others interested in expanding access to safe, affordable housing and creating more pathways to homeownership and wealth building.
On Day 1, we will build a shared understanding of the housing challenges and opportunities facing Dubuque. We'll hear from residents, local and regional experts, and City of Dubuque staff; learn about current initiatives to expand housing opportunities and strengthen housing stability; and discuss where we see the greatest needs and opportunities.
On Day 2, we will shift from learning to doing. Small groups will focus on practical next steps and how to carry this work forward together.
Which day(s) should you attend?
You are welcome to attend either day or both, depending on your interests and availability.

- Better understand the tools and resources that make affordable housing possible, including financing, partnerships, and public policy.

- Share your own experiences, perspectives, and ideas as we build a common understanding of the challenges and opportunities ahead.
