Welsh CMLs only - Health & Wellbeing services within libraries / Gwasanaethau Iechyd a Lles mewn llyfrgelloedd

This workshop will look at ways to design and implement Health and Wellbeing strategies and services to support library users, volunteers and the wider community.    It will also support you to identify existing activities, and to implement an efficient impact recording system which can be used to support funding applications.

Furthermore, we will investigate potential activities and partnerships within your local region, linking with Social Prescribing mechanisms, and working towards a Health & Wellbeing agenda for your community library.

As this is a 3 hour session, comfort breaks will be included and a separate translation channel will be available for those requiring Welsh translation.

Bydd y gweithdy hwn yn edrych ar ffyrdd o ddylunio a gweithredu strategaethau ac gwasanaethau Iechyd a Lles i gefnogi defnyddwyr llyfrgell, gwirfoddolwyr a'r gymuned ehangach. Bydd hefyd yn eich helpu i adnabod gweithgareddau presennol, ac i weithredu system gofnodi effaith effeithlon y gellir ei defnyddio i gefnogi ceisiadau cyllido.

Yn ogystal, byddwn yn ymchwilio i weithgareddau a phartneriaethau posibl yn eich rhanbarth lleol, gan gysylltu â mecanweithiau Presgripsiwn Cymdeithasol, ac yn gweithio tuag at agenda Iechyd a Lles i lyfrgell eich cymuned.

Gan fod hwn yn sesiwn 3 awr, bydd seibiannau cyfforddus wedi’u cynnwys ac fe fydd sianel cyfieithu ar wahân ar gael i’r rheini sydd angen cyfieithu i Gymraeg.
