Payment:

You can check out with a debit or credit card which is our preferred option, if you cannot pay with a debit or credit card you can check out by requesting an invoice and pay by bank transfer.  

If you request to pay by invoice your place(s) will be reserved, once payment has been received they will be confirmed.  If we have not received payment at least two weeks before a training day is due to commence we reserve the right to withdraw your booking and offer the place(s) to someone else, we will always contact you before taking this action.

CMA affiliate discounts:

You will need to apply your CMA discount code during the checkout to get affiliate prices.  If you have forgotten your code you can find this in Centre Resources under the training section.  The code will change occasionally so please check for the latest code.  If you are booking as a CMA Centre you will be asked to provide your centre name, town/city and centre manager.  

Booking for multiple attendees and/or training days:

You can book as many attendees as there are spaces on a training day but you will need to check out for each training day you book.  

Booking a sequence of training days: 

Level 3 Award Parts 1 & 2 or 1, 2 & 3  

Level 4 Award Parts 4 & 5 or 4, 5 & 6 

When booking Part 1 or Part 4 you will be given the option to add the relevant additional day(s) during the checkout.  This means you will only need to pay once for all the training you wish to book and you will be sent a membership code to redeem at checkout when booking onto the subsequent days.  Please make sure you select the appropriate option for CMA affiliate centres or non-affiliates. 

You can also pay in advance for multiple places for the Level 3 & 4 Award.   You can find this option on the top right of this page.  These products are essentially credits that you pat for up front.  When buying these products you will receive unique codes giving you an appropriate number of redemptions against training days.   You will still need to book the attendee(s) onto each day but you will only need to make one payment.  The redemption codes are valid for a year and are available to affiliate and non-affiliate centres.
