This Part 2 Generalist Debt Advice Training takes place over Zoom. Attendees will need a working camera and microphone on a suitable device to participate. Training manuals will be sent by post and Zoom links will be emailed to attendees a week before the training commences.

The CMA Part 2 Training Day is aimed at those who have already attended the Part 1 Training Day or have some prior experience in the field of debt advice. This is an ideal day to increase your knowledge of the whole debt advice process and will equip you to begin to offer debt advice to clients.  There is an online test that follows this training day which comprises multiple choice questions that draw on the learning from Parts 1 & 2.
