LEVEL 4: Part 6 Casework/Specialist (Insolvency) Training (England)

This Part 6 Casework/Specialist (Insolvency) Training takes place over Zoom. Attendees will need a working camera and microphone on a suitable device to participate. Training manuals will be sent by post and Zoom links will be emailed to attendees a week before the training commences.

The CMA Part 6 (Insolvency) Training Day is the third and final training day required to complete the CMA Level 4 Award. There is some pre-course reading (about 30 minutes) which will be sent to you before the training day. This training explores the insolvency options available in England / Wales and their advantages and disadvantages.

This training day is also a standalone Insolvency Training Day for anyone who may wish to learn more about the insolvency options available​​​​ in England / Wales and can be booked on its own without attending Parts 4 & 5.

• Insolvency Options (exploring attitudes to insolvency)

• Administration Orders

• Bankruptcy

• Debt Relief Orders

• Individual Voluntary Arrangements
