This Part 4 Casework/Specialist Training takes place over Zoom. Attendees will need a working camera and microphone on a suitable device to participate. Training manuals will be sent by post and Zoom links will be emailed to attendees a week before the training commences.

The CMA Part 4 Training Day is the first of three training days required to complete the CMA Level 4 Award. There is some homework following attendance on the Part 4 Training Day, which is explored and discussed at the start of the Part 5 Training Day. How this works will be explained by the trainer at the end of today's training and will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
