Aylesbury Estate Community Plan - Public Meeting - Saturday 24th October

Our Aylesbury would live to invite you to the public launch of the Aylesbury Estate Community Plan on Saturday 24th October at the Walworth Living Room. 

Everyone is welcome, whether you are an Aylesbury resident, from the wider neighbourhood or a general supporter.

We will be starting at 4pm, so please arrive from 3.30.

Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the afternoon.

Since the start of 2026, we have been working with Unit 38 Architects to develop a Community Plan for Phase 2C of the Aylesbury Estate. We’ve been running workshops with residents to understand the problems they face in their homes, and collectively agreeing on the best ways to resolve these issues.

We have set out our demands for the refurbishment of the Aylesbury. With the end of the development partnership with Notting Hill Genesis beyond phase 2B and a new leadership in Southwark Council, this is the ideal moment to revisit the strategy for the future of the Aylesbury. We believe this Community Plan sets out the most sustainable future for the Aylesbury, for its residents and for the wider community.
