FREE life-saving skills training [North Lincolnshire]

Description
We have teamed up with Yorkshire Ambulance Service to provide FREE life-saving skills training. Our training will give you the skills you need to deal with a health emergency, including:
- How to perform CPR
- How to use a defibrillator
- What to do when someone is unconscious, bleeding or choking
- How to recognise when someone is having a stroke and what to do.
Our Community Trainers have been certified by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to provide our two-hour life-saving skills course.
