Whether you’re new to smartphones, unsure about online services, or just want to feel safer on the internet, we’re here to help — no pressure, no jargon, and no judgement.

Our friendly team can support you with:

• Using your smartphone or tablet

• Setting up email accounts

• Accessing NHS and government services

• Staying safe from fraud and cybercrime

• Online shopping and banking basics

• Social media and video calling

• Advice on affordable broadband and devices

This is an informal, welcoming session open to all ages and abilities. You can drop in at any time during the session — there’s no need to book.

Bring your own device if you have one, or just come along for a chat and some advice.
