Before you book

Before you book your ticket you will need to know the following:

  • Is your organisation a member of Community Works?  If you're not sure, please check our Members' Directory
  • Is your organisation's annual income under or over £250,000?

This will affect the type and price of your ticket.

You'll need to have a credit or debit card in front of you in order to complete payment.

You should receive 2 emails - one showing your order is complete and the other with the event details. Check your Junk folder if you have not received these.

Free Bursary Places

Bursary places are ONLY available to Community Works member organisations with income of less than £35,000 per year.  We aim to offer a minimum of 2 bursary places per session.

If you choose "FREE bursary place" and we are subsequently unable to fulfil this option for any reason, we will contact you. This may happen because your organisation is not eligible for a bursary place, or we have already allocated all the bursary places.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

  • For cancellations received 4 weeks or more before the session date, a full refund will be issued.
  • For cancellations received within 4 weeks of the session date, or non-attendance on the day, we are NOT able to offer refunds.

If you are unable to attend owing to circumstances including illness, please contact us to discuss a possible refund.
