Before you book

Please only book a free ticket if your organisation's annual income is under £35,000 and you are a member of Community Works.

For paid tickets, you'll need to have a credit or debit card in front of you in order to complete payment. 

Once you've completed your order, you should receive 2 emails - one showing your order is complete and the other with the event details. Check your Junk folder if you haven't received these.

Please note: Your payment is processed using STRIPE. On your card statement your ticket purchase will appear as ''COMMUNITY WORKS".

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

• For cancellations received at least 4 weeks before the session date, a full refund will be issued.
• For cancellations received within 4 weeks of the session date, or non-attendance on the day, we are NOT able to offer refunds.

If you're not able to attend on the day owing to circumstances such as illness, please contact us to discuss a possible refund.
