New Year’s Relay Team Trail
🎉🐾 NEW YEAR’S RELAY TEAM TRAIL
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
Fancy starting the New Year with a trailing challenge?
We’re bringing four teams together for three hours of trailing, teamwork and exploring a superb location.
And this one works a little differently…
All four teams head out together.
One team hides.
The next team trails.
Then the trailing team becomes the hiding team.
And the next team gets to trail.
And round we go! 🔄
It means everyone gets to experience both sides of the job, while the dogs get to learn what it’s like to work and walk alongside a small group of trailing teams.
You’ll also get to explore a much wider area than we would normally cover in a standard session, with your dog working in a variety of environments and learning to switch between “we’re working” and “we’re walking together”.
It’s a brilliant way to start the year, particularly for dogs who enjoy having a job to do but also need practice being part of a group.
What do you get?
🐾 Four teams

And because it’s January, we’re keeping this one at a special £40 per team.
A few FAQs…
Is this suitable for reactive dogs?
In many cases, yes. The small group gives us plenty of opportunity to manage space between dogs and adapt things where needed.
However, you’ll be working and walking alongside other teams and we’ll be out in a public location with all the usual distractions that brings, so if you’re unsure whether it’s right for your dog, please speak to me before booking.
How many trails will my dog do?
You’ll get three to four trails, depending on how the session flows and what works best for the teams.
Do we all stay together for the whole three hours?
Yes. Everyone heads out together and the relay works by rotating between hiding and trailing teams.
What’s the benefit of the relay format?
You get to experience both sides of trailing while your dog learns to work around a group. It also means we can explore a much wider area than we normally would on an individual session.
Is it just about the trailing?
Nope!
Part of the fun is watching your dog learn that being with other trailing teams doesn’t mean they have to interact. They can walk, wait, settle and explore alongside the group, then switch on and get to work when it’s their turn.
A note about booking
This is deliberately kept to just four teams so we can manage the group properly and make sure everyone gets a good experience.
That means every place matters. If someone books and doesn’t attend, we can’t easily replace them at short notice and it affects the experience for the other teams.
So all sales are final. Once you’ve booked, your place is yours and we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers to another session if you can’t make it.
🎉 £40 per team for January. Four teams. Three hours. Three to four trails.
A pretty good way to start the year, we reckon.
