MORE ABOUT THE TALK
For our June meeting, Clare Jeffries will be presenting a talk on ‘Supporting energy levels & Post Viral fatigue with Natural Medicine’. She will cover the foundations of energy production in the body and what & why may things go wrong and impact energy levels, including nutrient deficiencies, lifestyle factors, blood sugar imbalances, fatigue following illness such as post viral fatigue, including long covid and brain fog. She’ll cover dietary, lifestyle and supplemental suggestions and ideas to get boost your energy levels in the body and brain!
MORE ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Clare holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and is registered the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and has recently completed training with the Institute of Functional Medicine, a practice of medicine which aims to get to the root cause of illness rather than just addressing the symptoms. Clare’s been helping adults and children with their health for almost 20 years and has a special interest in children’s health, the elderly, nutritional psychiatry and complex health problems. www.healthyinfluence.co.uk

INFO: No Loop system, but a mic and loud speaker will be used. Free evening parking.
Refreshments will be available with "NIBBLIN’n’NATTERIN’n'NETWORKING". We encourage you to bring your own cup please.
Please arrive from 19:45 for a 20:00 BST start.
Hall tickets may be limited, so please advise if you wish to change your attendance location.

The Recording and its quality is best endeavours and subject to it working, as we are a volunteer-run group. A recording cannot be guaranteed, although it has been available since we started recording talks in 2023.

There is a choice of 4 tickets at the time of booking - please take care to scroll down the ticket choices and book the correct ticket for your needs.

Visitor at HALL £6 + transaction fee

PAYMENT NOTES:
A transaction fee will be added on to the cost of paid tickets which goes directly to the ticket company.)
There is normally a choice of payment by Credit/Debit card or PayPal. Choose which method when payment options display.
Multiple tickets can be purchased as part of the same booking.
If you are not eligible for the ticket you have purchased, you will be expected to pay or refused admission to the talk.
Charges, payment method & refunds reflect that C.H.A.T. is a volunteer run, non profit group.
No refunds will be given.

C.H.A.T. Membership is £10 / year, effective 1/3/25 to 28/2/26, renewable 1st March annually via the ticket booking system, with cheaper Talk Tickets.
Practising Therapist members can be included in the C.H.A.T. Therapist Directory.
(A transaction fee will be added on to the cost of ALL tickets.)
**If you have booked a talk ticket as a C.H.A.T. Member you will need to have purchased/renewed your C.H.A.T. Membership from 1st March 2025**, otherwise you will not be eligible to attend, or you will be required to purchase the correct ticket.

CONFIRMATION & TICKET TYPE:
Once booked you should receive:
On-screen booking confirmation.
Emailed confirmation including Payment, Joining links and instructions.
Reminder emails the week of the event with Joining Instructions and Links to join.
If you don't receive the confirmation emails it means your booking has not completed. (Check your Spam too.)
To see which type of ticket you have purchased and payment details, look at your booking confirmation email, or ticket if attached.
