C.H.A.T. Membership – Become a Member or Renew your Membership

You are invited to become a member, or to renew your membership of the Complementary Health & Therapies group (C.H.A.T).

C.H.A.T. membership is valid for talks from 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2027.

All 2025 memberships need to be renewed. 

Only ONE membership purchase can be made against each ticket/ booking.

Why Become a Member?

C.H.A.T. membership is open to everyone and helps support our volunteer-run, non-profit group.

As a member, you will:

• Join a likeminded community

• Receive reduced ticket prices for all talks (£3 instead of £6)

• Support our mission to keep talks affordable and accessible

• For practising therapists: gain the option to join the Therapist Directory displayed on our website

Your membership helps ensure our talks continue to thrive.

Volunteers are also greatly appreciated to help run the valuable work done by our group. Work can be small or larger and done locally or from afar. Please talk to us if you think you can help, or would like to discuss further.

LOCATION IS NOT A BARRIER, unless it’s a Hall specific task.

When Membership Opens

Membership is renewed annually for talks from 1/3/26 to 28/2/27, and is purchased via Ticket Tailor just like talk tickets.

You can become a member at any time during the membership window which is usually March to September. This year renewal has been opened in February with membership valid until February the following year.

Non members are welcome to attend as Visitors.

How to Join

To join or renew, please purchase a C.H.A.T. Membership ticket on Ticket Tailor for £10/year which is valid for the remainder of the current membership year.

A transaction fee will be added on to the cost of ALL tickets which goes directly to the ticket company.

The talks are held at Ashtead in Surrey and Online (with a recording).

A Recording is sent a few days after the talk to ALL ticket types booked, including those booked for the Hall and Online.

Mailings

All Membership communications are by email. Mailings are normally notifications of forthcoming C.H.A.T. talks and speakers, with occasional information of interest to members or visitors. Member contact details are only used for this purpose and are not passed on to third parties.

Confirmation of Membership

Once purchased you should receive an on-screen confirmation, plus an email confirmation for your membership and payment. If you don't receive these 2 confirmations it means your purchase has not completed. (Check your Spam too).
