MORE ABOUT THE TALK
Our November meeting, welcomes Althea Finch, The PainFree Specialist, and Creator of The PainFree Method™ and natural therapist with over 35 years' experience.
Her talk will guide us on ‘How To Be Pain Free - The Missing Piece Nobody Told You About Healing’.
What if pain isn't simply something to manage, but a message from your body that wants to be heard? In this interactive talk, Althea Finch introduces a different approach to healing and shares how by simply connecting physical pain and symptoms can release.
Drawing on more than 35 years' experience as a natural therapist and healer, Althea will introduce The PainFree Method™ and its three simple steps - Connect, Support and Balance. The talk will include live healing demonstrations, giving members of the audience an opportunity to experience the method in action. While there is no expectation that someone will become completely pain free during a demonstration, Althea will show how the healing process can begin and how we can start listening differently to what the body is communicating.
MORE ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Althea Finch has worked as a natural therapist and healer for more than 35 years and is the creator of The PainFree Method™, which she developed in 2000. Her approach brings together decades of experience in natural therapies, bodywork, energy work and healing with her understanding of the connection between our physical symptoms, emotions and life experiences.
Her core message is simple: "Pain is a message that wants to be heard."
Rather than focusing solely on managing pain, Althea teaches people how to connect with their body, understand what it is communicating and begin their own journey towards becoming pain free.
