Join the Concert Singers of Cary Chamber Choir as they perform beautiful music in a beautiful space. Included in this concert will be Michael John Trotta’s For A Breath of Ecstasy , a seven-movement celebration of the wondrous poetry of American Pulitzer Prize-winning poet, Sara Teasdale. Vivid imagery and moments of yearning, love, joy, and peace are revealed through an individual’s relationship to nature and in love. The concert will include a variety of other works, including Frank Tichelli’s iconic There Will Be Rest. The CSC Chamber Choir is an advanced ensemble consisting of members of the CSC Symphonic Choir and additional local singers, including many public-school music teachers.
