It is with excitement that we bring Northern Soul to the Grand Pier, Weston-s-Mare on Friday 8th March 2024, with the fabulous Angelo Starr & The Edwin Starr Band. Keeping the legend that was EDWIN STARR and his music alive are his original 7 piece band THE TEAM which now features Edwin's brother and original guitarist ANGEL STARR as lead vocals. He worked alongside Edwin throughout his career. The evening will be accompanied by one of Northern Souls best Vinyl only DJ's 'DJFlayva' playing all your favourites... 

We are also offering the opportunity to brush up on your moves, with a VIP dance workshop prior to the event with Northern Soul "Dance Champion 2022" Sally Molloy in the Regency Suite. Sally was crowned the World Northern Soul Dance Champion at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom in 2022 and quickly become the face of Northern Soul Dance. 

After winning the Championships she has had plenty of online and tv coverage. Her most recent credit was featuring in the recent music video for the band TEXAS and their Northern Soul cover- Keep on Talking. She has held workshops for renewed playwrights and recently choreographed the John Godber play- DO I LOVE YOU. She holds Northern Soul dance workshops up and down the country, her biggest to date being at the Isle of Wight Festival 2023.
Sally is starring and choreographing the Northern Soul touring play- The Social. She has held numerous workshops in schools and taking Northern Soul to the South of England hosting sell out classes at The Pavilion Dance South West in Bournemouth. Sally’s commitment to Northern Soul has been loyal and honest with integrity. Not only has she expressed her love for the music through her social media videos attracting vast interest and her passion is teaching the moves and spreading the faith where ever she goes.
