Weston Beach Rugby & Netball Fest 2026

Weston Beach Rugby & Netball Fest returns, taking place on the Beach from Saturday 8th
to Sunday 9th August 2026

Rugby

We are encouraging Tag Rugby Men's, Women's, Mixed and Family teams to enter a squad of up to 10 players, whereby 5 players will be playing at one time, with rolling subs. Enjoy the fun of Tag Beach Rugby for £175 per team.

Netball

Beach Netball for Ladies & Mixed teams to enter a squad of up to 7 players, whereby 5 players will be playing at one time, with rolling subs. Enjoy the fun of Beach Netball for £100 per team. Players 16+

Camping
Camping is available at the local Weston Rugby Club, which includes showers and washing facilities. Pitches are based on a 2-night stay (Friday and Saturday) and must be purchased in advance via this site, due to ongoing work, no onsite parking is available.

Schedule of games will be issued on team registration. There will be caterers on site, and a fully stocked Bar running throughout the event.

Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable. This includes no shows and same day cancellations. Full Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the festival (28th March 2025)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to the event is 100% non-refundable, including deposit. This includes no shows and same day cancellations. 
The organisation is not responsible for any bank charges for incoming/outgoing payments. All booking fees and accommodation deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable however it is transferable.
