🌿 Rest, Reconnect and Restore — A Gentle Relaxation Class for Postpartum Mums and Pre-Crawling Babies 🌿
Becoming a mother can be one of the most beautiful yet uncertain times in your life. You may sometimes feel unsure of yourself, wondering if you are doing things “right,” or find that confidence feels just out of reach. This gentle, nurturing class is here to remind you that you are already the most wonderful mum your baby could have. You are doing an incredible job, and you deserve time and space to rest and restore.
Half of our session will be a soothing guided relaxation designed especially for postpartum mothers. It will help calm your body, quiet your mind, and bring you back to a place of trust in yourself and your natural instincts. Allow this time to be just for you — a pause to breathe, soften, and reconnect with your strength and calm. These relaxation classes use hypnobirthing techniques for beyond birth.
You are always welcome to feed, change or walk with your baby whenever needed. This space is completely flexible and welcoming, created with understanding and care for you both.
After the relaxation, we will share a warm cup of tea or coffee, a biscuit, and a little time to chat, connect and play. There will even be a few bubbles and songs at the end to lift spirits and bring gentle smiles all round.
The class runs for one hour at A-Studio @ Astons Gym , 10-11am Thursdays.
There is parking unlimited free outside and toilets are available on site. The gym is situated in the Temple Bar Buisness Estate, put in Astons Gym in your satnav/message me for short video of how to get there. Please bring whatever helps you and your baby feel comfortable and relaxed. Cushions and blankets are provided, though a yoga mat and any favourite comforts are recommended.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and let yourself rest. You and your baby are welcome exactly as you are.
