Take an hour away from the noise of the everyday to focus entirely on you — your mind, your body, and your wellbeing. This gentle, nurturing class offers space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the postpartum period. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and with practical relaxation skills you can take home and weave into your daily routine.

These relaxation classes use hypnobirthing techniques for beyond birth.

The postpartum period can be an emotional and physical rollercoaster, and finding moments of true rest is essential. Relaxation supports recovery, reduces stress, balances emotions, and helps nurture a deeper connection with yourself as you move through the profound transition of motherhood — a process known as matrescence.

This class is open to all mothers in the postpartum stage, whether your baby is weeks, months, or even years old. To ensure accessibility and a peaceful atmosphere, this session is designed for mothers to attend without babies. However, if you need to bring your baby, please email or message Molly to discuss arrangements.

During the session, you’ll have the chance to explore your feelings, share with other mothers, experience a guided relaxation and connect in an open and supportive environment. We’ll talk about motherhood, identity, and the many shifts that come with this chapter of life.

  • Date: Friday monthly  
  • Time: 6:30 – 7:30pm
  • Location: A-Studio, Astons Gym (between Arundel and chi, off main road) 
  • Parking: Free parking is available outside A-Studio in the car park

Bring yourself and anything that helps you relax. Blankets, cushions, and water will be provided.
