From Mutual Interest to a First Date

Expressing romantic interest takes vulnerability—and knowing what you want matters, too. Explore your preferences and patterns, recognize mutual interest and red flags, and practice expressing your intentions authentically. Learn to take thoughtful interpersonal risks, respect your own and others’ boundaries, and suggest a first date while leaving room for an honest response. Exercises use hypothetical scenarios, with no pressure to express interest in other participants.

Doors open at 6:30 pm so you can settle in and mingle before the workshop, which runs from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
