Seeds of Sound Journey

Seeds of Sound Journey is an opportunity for you to ground and balance with your own voice, with your own breath and with your own body through movement, voice toning and activations of the centres, singing, meditation and sharing circle. 

You are welcome to bring a shamanic drum if you have one or a Frame Drum (Bendir/Daf/Tar). 

Also, if you have a yoga mat that would be great but it is not 100% necessary. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. 

If you have any pain or issues with movement let me know in advance. 

Booking fees vary depending on what people can afford. Try to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the event.

About Elizabeth Nott:

Elizabeth has been in the journey of Self discovery and remembering since she was a child as part of the Gurdjieff Groups in Venezuela. Ever since, she has been interested in the mysteries of life and on various cultural and spiritual traditions. She studied Ethnomusicology at SOAS university of London to focus on Middle Eastern music (2003-2006).  She has since then been performing and facilitating drumming workshops in UK and abroad. This was furthered developed with Body Percussion and Circle Signing workshops and taking 2 years studies of Dalcroze Eurhythmics. As part of her inner journey and interest in Energy Healing modalities, Elizabeth did 3 levels of Reiki (1st,  2nd and Master Levels between 2017 and 2021) and after a few years, decided to go deeper into the healing aspects of sound and music studying Sound Healing with the Voice at the Colleague of Sound Healing (2021-2022). With Seeds of Sound, Elizabeth tries to put her musician skills with her Sound and Reiki Healing skills together.
