(Year 1) Lead Facilitator Training Days - Working with Staff

This is a 2 day course, by signing up you are committing to attending both days:

Day 1: 23rd Sept. 2026 10.00 - 15.30 - Working with Staff - CPD & BEE RP Hives

Day 2: 27th January 2027, 10.00 - 15.30 - Working with Staff - Bite Size CPD & RP Stretches

A face to face gathering for Connect RP schools. This interactive workshop day is ideal for two UBUNTU Team Leaders (or members) from each school who intend to grow and share their lead facilitation skills within a school community - supporting a CPD and Bite Size CPD with staff.

Participants come with the intention of developing their own skills and to co-mentoring/co-facilitate with others.

Participants will learn how to:

• Build an UBUNTU team (forming subgroups for distributed leadership)
• Create a Bee RP Hive (Professional Learning Community) for an RP Team
• Facilitate the CPD/Bite Size CPD available for Staff
