A 2-hour virtual class and guided co-working session. Learn a prioritization framework that actually holds, then leave with your end-of-Q3 priorities on paper and one thing officially off your plate.
Full event description:
You came back from summer and your list was already full.
Everything on it feels urgent. Nothing on it feels finished. The requests kept coming while you were away, and somehow you're the one carrying them all again.
I'm gonna hold your hand when I say this: the problem isn't your work ethic. It's that no one ever taught you how to prioritize, and more importantly, how to deprioritize.
When everything is a priority, nothing is. Energy gets spread thin. Projects stall halfway. Teams lose confidence in the direction. And leaders who care the most end up carrying the most, until caring quietly turns into burnout.
Do Less, On Purpose is a 2-hour working session built for exactly this moment: the September reset. Fall is here, Q4 is coming, and this is your window to decide what actually deserves your energy before year-end planning decides for you.
Hour 1: Learn the framework.
You'll learn the difference between what's urgent, what's important, and what's actually a priority (they are not the same thing, and conflating them is costing you). You'll get a set of pressure-test questions to run anything through before it earns a spot on your plate, and the research-backed method that makes new habits 2 to 3 times more likely to stick.
Hour 2: Do the work, together.
This isn't a webinar you'll forget by Friday. In hour two, we move into guided co-working groups matched to how you work best (you'll tell us in a short pre-class assessment: talk it out, quiet solo time, or a mix). You'll complete your own Q3 Close / Q4 Queue: your top priorities to finish the quarter strong, your Q4 parking lot, and the one thing you're taking off your plate, including the exact words you'll use to deprioritize it.
You'll leave with:
- A completed, personal priority plan for the rest of Q3
- A repeatable framework you can bring back to your team
- One thing officially deprioritized (yes, really)
- A built-in accountability structure so it sticks past next week
This is for you if you're:
A leader in a nonprofit, government agency, or HR role heading into a demanding Q4
The person everyone brings things to, and your plate shows it
Ready to finish the year focused instead of frantic
