The Consumer Duty Alliance is an independent, not-for-profit community interest company supporting members and the wider financial planning profession in successfully implement the FCA’s Consumer Duty - a duty to clients we all passionately own.

Incorporating the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce and New Talent Alliance, we work with practitioners and subject matter experts to create good practice guides, thought leadership, webinars and CPD events, as well as engaging with the FCA and policymakers.

A dedicated professional body for the sector, the Alliance launched 9 March 2023 and is free to join for firms and all sector professionals, including support staff.
