Youth Mental Health Summit

Join Contact Community Services for the third annual Youth Mental Health Summit, focused on strengthening how we support young people across Central New York. 

This year’s theme, The Power of Connection, centers on the role relationships, understanding, and community play in youth mental health. Youth aren’t just the future, they’re the present. This summit creates space to hear directly from them and learn what support looks like from their perspective. 

Throughout the day, participants will:

1. Hear directly from youth voices
2. Learn from experienced mental health professionals
3. Engage in thoughtful discussions
4. Attend breakout sessions featuring practical strategies that can be applied immediately

Attendees will also have opportunities to connect with others in the field and stay informed on current approaches to youth mental health. By attending, professionals will be better prepared to support the well-being of the youth they serve and make a meaningful impact within their communities.
