One night a year, one house on the water closes its gates and fills with the people who move this city. Founders and investors. Stars from film, music and sport. Icons you know by one name. There is no ticket window. There is no walk-up. Every guest is confirmed by name before the gates open.

Live band on the terrace over the water. Several prominent artists, most tied to Miami during Basel week, inside the house. Michelin Guide chef Marco Giugliano in the kitchen. Open bar.

The address is never published. It arrives with your confirmation and again the week of the event.

General Admission
One seat inside the estate for the full evening. Every performance. Every room.

*Kingsman Private Access. Fifty seats.
1.5 hours before the gates open, fifty men sit down to a private dinner with the guest of honor, cooked by chef Giugliano. Then the Kingsman table for the rest of the night. Closest to the stage. In the photographs. In the room.

Kingsman cannot be bought from this page. It is by application and approval, and approved individuals receive a private access code that unlocks the seat. When the fifty are gone, they are gone.
