We are in the early stages of creating a small eco-village and education centre on 38 acres in county Offaly, Ireland.  We have no-dig vegetable gardens, forest gardens, agroforestry, cattle managed with mob grazing system, pigs, chickens, native woodland and a huge diversity of wild plants and insects. We use regenerative agriculture methods.
