We invite you to join us for a tour of Coole Eco Community followed by wine tasting in our yurt.
Siobhán makes artisanal wines from foraged fruit and flowers and from organic apples grown on site. She uses wild yeast fermentation, creating wines that are more complex in flavour, gentler on the body and unique to the time and place in which they were created.
The wine tasting will include 4 different wines and a local cheese board.
The tour will include our gardens and animals and some information on our growing methods and other activities of Coole Eco Community.
