Anna Charleston and Nur Heitz - working with refugees and Australian indigenous communities

Sat March 1st 2025 - 9.00am - Anna Charleston and Nur Heitz from the Bill crews Foundation in Australia will talk about their work with indigenous communities and refugees. 

Anna and Nur are Registered Play Therapy Supervisors at Rev Bill Crews Foundation in Sydney helping children impacted by trauma in the Foundation’s specialised play therapy rooms and working with groups in schools with refugees and indigenous children. They have both recently completed the COOPT Certificate of Best Practice in Play Therapy and will talk about the impact of this on their practice.
