How should I behave..?!

CopFest is a family friendly festival located in a residential area and any behaviour which is not in keeping with this may result in removal from the festival. In particular please note that we are overlooked by a residential care home as well as houses in very close proximity to the venue. CopFest attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner to all other attendees, staff, volunteers and local residents at all times.  There will be security guards present throughout the festival.  In particular please leave the festival quietly from 12.30am.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

CopFest is a fundraising event for the cricket club and therefore we kindly request that you do not bring your own food or drinks to the festival. Multiple street food offerings and bars serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available with the club receiving a share of the income generated.

Please remember that the festival is being held on a sports field with football being played the following week and therefore glass is strictly prohibited.

Can I bring my own seating / picnic rugs?

Please feel free to bring along your own reasonably sized (!) deck / camping chairs and picnic rugs.

Space will be available on a first come, first served basis although organisers reserve the right to move / control the location and size of people's picnic arrangements if deemed to be causing a hazard or simply taking up excessive space.

Did you say camping..?

Yes, we did, and you know you want to!

Approximately 50 camping pitches will be available for those who have pre-purchased their camping tickets and the site will be available from 10.00am on Saturday for people to pitch their tents.  You may enter the campsite via car until 11.30am but there is no entrance to the festival via the campsite and campers will need to make their way around to the main entrance which is also next to the car park (approx. 5 - 10 min walk).

Camping pitches will be provided on a first come, first served basis within a clearly marked campsite area.

No flames, fires or cooking of any description will be permitted at the campsite or anywhere else within the Copdock Playing Fields.

There will be a breakfast BBQ at the clubhouse on Sunday morning. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 1am on Sunday and there will be a security guard enforcing this rule.

I can't come but would like to make a donation...

If you are unable to attend but would like to make a donation (thank you!), please click on "Buy Tickets" and complete the "Donations" box in the check out form.

Approximately 200 parking spaces will be available on site for those who have pre-purchased a parking ticket and will be valid from 11.30am on Saturday 21 September until 10.30am on Sunday 22 September.
