Copsegrove Harvest feast!

With Autumn upon us and the nights now drawing in, we return to our traditional feast evenings inside our beautiful old barn, with the giant fire stoked, the tables long and sociable, so that platters of scrumptious food and conversations can be shared with friends, both old and new.
Please come and join us to celebrate Harvest time for our very special Copsegrove "Food Mile" feast, where we challenge ourselves to put on a feast created from as much gorgeous local and seasonal produce as possible, from within just a single mile of the farm boundaries (Chef Ian included)!
Talented local chef Ian Ballantyne will create a resplendent feast showcasing both Copsegrove Welsh black Beef and Venison, alongside freshly harvested vegetables grown and supplied by Ashley Dickenson from the Bisley Farm Shop. We shall be busy in September and early October foraging for as many berries and other fruits from our hedgerows and trees that we can find to accompany each course, to make it a truly deliciously sumptous spread of local goodies, sweetened with dollops of honey from our Copsegrove hives where required!
Arrive, and head to the Bull Pen bar for a welcome drink and a mingle.
Once the bells have rung, expect generous chunks of Ian's delicious homemade bread, that can be dunked in tasty and indulgent Copsegrove Beef tallow to wet your appetite as you sit down ...let the feast commence - one not to be missed!
Full menu including vegetarian option to follow soon.
Tickets on sale now! £65 per person (to include a welcome drink)
We really hope you can make it!
