Join us for our special event and treat yourself and your loved ones to the ultimate holistic experience in our atmospheric East London venue. This movement and the sound event will include an inspirational, fun, well-rounded yoga session, accompanied by live string instruments and a sound bath/ breathwork experience. After the session, we will offer herbal teas and a bowl of nourishing dal. All are welcome!

Yoga Facilitator: Madlyn Ray-Jones

Madlyn facilitates inclusive friendly spaces and helps people to feel better. Her classes include breathing practices, meditation, and deep relaxation. Her intention is to support her students to feel calm and mindful. She has experience with all ages and abilities. Her style includes vinyasa flow, slow flow, restorative, yin, chair, pregnancy, and postnatal yoga. @madlynmaya

Live music: Emilija Karaliute

Emilija is a professional classical and folk musician who began studying the kanklės in Lithuania from an early age, developing a deep connection to the instrument and its cultural roots. She has been playing the kanklės for 15 years and has been awarded the title of the National Laureate of Lithuania twice. The kanklės is the Lithuanian national instrument, which remains relatively unknown to many. Emilija is passionate about sharing the kanklės with new audiences, promoting the diversity of Lithuanian culture. Emilija has now become a regular performer in the UK. Her performances are characterised by skilful integration of the traditional folk instrument, the kanklės, into diverse genres, including classical, pop, and folk music. @emilijakaraliute

Sound Bath & Himalayan singing bowls: Catarina Carvalho

Catarina is a Portuguese classically trained singer and sound therapist. She has been exploring mindfulness through sound, breath, and movement over the past 4 years. Catarina’s work also includes Music in Community, using sound to better people’s mental and physical health, aiming to improve their quality of life. She has trained and worked with respected sound healers such as Don Conreaux, Aidan McIntyre, Sheila Whittaker, Anne Malone, Tim Wheaton and Cherub Sanson. @_catarinacarvalho__
