Reiki is an effective treatment for stress and anxiety bringing a sense of calm and wholeness.

Hands are positioned both slightly above and in contact with the body in a non-intrusive way.

Quiet, soothing music will play in the background, gentle breathwork is used initially to assist in relaxation, a healing light language transmission may be incorporated into the session upon request.

No clothing is removed, only shoes.

Reiki can be enjoyed as single, or several treatments.
