Meditation & Gong Journeying

A little indulgence for the soul..

• Through the year we explore many meditation practices to quieten the chatter of the mind, to experience the expansive stillness within.
• Gong vibrations opening to transcendental experiences, to the potentials of re-connection to the spiritual aspects of the Self for deep healing and transformation.

• Practices can include:

• meditation - modern and ancient practices 
• visualisation
• concentration practices
• practices for stress reduction
• heart-based gratitude practices
• grounding practices to centre 
• breathing techniques to journey deeper through the self
• sensing the energy body
• sound and vibration of the gong, entering into the brainwave state of theta for deep healing.

Practices are experienced seated. You may wish to bring a light blanket and water. 

No experience is necessary, you may wish to drop in or attend regularly helping to build your practices and enjoy the group community, places are limited

Class runs 7.45pm - 9.00pm 

Unsuitable for those who are in the first 16 weeks pregnant and for those with sound induced epilepsy.

Parking is available in the church car park, the hall is a short walk

Hi, I'm Julie over the past 24 years of personal meditation practice, study on various meditation courses, meditation teacher training and gong therapy  experienced powerful insights, gaining clarity on human existence, and eventually peaceful acceptance of what is, it is my absolute joy and passion to assist others in their spiritual search. 

These gatherings are a place for those on a spiritual search to journey deeper, to gently, authentically, experience Home.
