Meditation & Gong Journeying

A little indulgence for the soul..

Through the year we explore many meditation practices to have fun, to move the incredible body, to relax, to quieten the mind, to rest in the beautiful stillness within.

Gong vibrations opening to transcendent experiences, to the potentials of re-connection to the spiritual aspects of the Self for deep healing and transformation.

Practices include:

• meditation - modern and ancient practices 
• visualisation
• concentration practices
• mindful movement to bring us fully into the present moment
• practices for stress reduction
• heart-based gratitude practices
• grounding practices to centre the energy
• breathing techniques to journey deeper through the self
• sensing the energy body
• chakra meditations
• ancient sanskrit mantra
• sound and vibration of the gong, entering into the brainwave state of theta for deep healing.

No experience is necessary

You may like to bring a light blanket and water. Practices can be experienced seated or lying down (please being a yoga mat or large towel if you plan to lie down) Places are limited

Unsuitable for those who are under 16 weeks pregnant and for those with sound induced epilepsy.

Parking is available in the church car park, the hall is a short walk

Hi, I'm Julie I have a personal meditation practice of 20 plus years. Over the years experiencing powerful insights, gaining clarity on human existence, and eventually peaceful acceptance of what is, it is my absolute joy and passion to assist others in their spiritual search. 

This weekly gathering is a place for those on a spiritual search to journey deeper, to gently, authentically experience Home.

Cancellation
Classes are non refundable. 

On rare occasions, it may be necessary for Core Glow to cancel a class, course or private lesson. Should this be the case, a replacement class, course or private lesson will be offered where appropriate or the full amount paid can be refunded minus booking fees of 10%.
