As the U.S. launches a bold new initiative to revitalize its shipbuilding capabilities, New Nuclear: A New Era in U.S. Maritime brings together key stakeholders to explore how advanced nuclear technologies can play a pivotal role in strengthening America’s maritime industrial base.
Hosted in line with the mission of the newly established U.S. shipbuilding office, this summit will examine how next-generation nuclear can drive innovation, enhance maritime fleet endurance and position the United States as a global leader in clean maritime power. Discussions will focus on advanced nuclear as a competitive catalyst for U.S. shipbuilding resurgence; enabling resilient, next-gen maritime infrastructure; policy, regulation, and interagency coordination; workforce development and supply chain readiness and strategic and commercial applications for nuclear-powered vessels.
